If you're looking for a nice, pet-friendly complex look at Channing Place in Eastchester. They are gorgeous cooperatives that have parking and allow dogs (with a weight limit). It is a fabulous complex that is within walking distance to Crestwood Train Station...

If you're inquiring about 79 Wiltshire A3 which is the only unit available in there right now then we're speaking of the same unit. It's a 1 bedroom w bath 1st floor with terrace off the living room. No there are no amenities in this complex.

Hi, Yes it is a pet friendly complex. it can be very frustrating as a consumer to not get accurate information. The best way to get the most accurate info is through the MLS. Any agent can perform a search based on your specific criteria and save you a lot of time on the net.

According to the referenced link, the property is no longer active. If looking to buy in the near future, consider working with an agent of your own who can provide suitable listings, any necessary information, schedule showings, etc. If purchasing with a mortgage, be aware that a mortgage pre-approval letter is required in order to determine your price range and for any offers to be taken seriously.
