One thing to note on this property, it is a short sale. Short sales are more often purchased on an "as-is" basis. This property does show up on the FEMA site as having moderate to low risk; that being said there is no exact answer until you would contact an insurance agent to know if you will need flood insurance. It depends on where the home is located - the entire city of Easton is NOT in a flood zone but those homes built along the river may be - but it wi be a case by case situation.
