There is a new program for Nurses, starting on 9/11 the Zero4Heroes Program. The lender who offers it is Loans4heroes.

zero points, zero broker fees, zero junk fees, and rates in the range of 4.878APR. Check it out. it for nurses, police officers, teachers, medical professionals, military and homeland security employees. It a beta test program from September 11th through December 11th 2009.

Actually, there is a program called My Community for Nurses, teachers, etc. which is available for you. However, those coincide typically with a lower down payment. Every mortgage is tailored to your own needs though so it is possible it may not be the best program for you - depending upon how you go into your home purchase.
