Sherry:

Thanks for the question. I've helped several people buy and sell condos in Cobblestone, and I know it quite well. It's a very popular community, with lots of trees, neighborhood pools, and close access to Eagle Creek Park.

The HOA does take care of the exterior, including the roofs and garage doors. Entry doors and windows are the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain, repair and replace. It appears from the photos that the windows of this unit are the original windows. The description indicates that there is a newer high-efficiency furnace.

I can tell you, too, that this development is not currently qualified for FHA purchases.

How else can I help today?

Good luck in your search!

What's your opinion on the siding? I assume the HOA would take care of it, but it's generally better to be sure. Sometimes the windows and surrounding siding are the owner's responsibility. It really just depends on the location. | http://www.eburgexteriors.com
