Many adult communities have rules regarding commercial vehicles being parked outside of the residences. Some don't allow them at all and some will allow them so long as they are garage kept. I suggest you personally contact the association and question them on what is permitted. If you need help finding a particular assocation's phone number, please let me know and I will get the number for you.

You should check with the community association as each have established their own rules to maintain the residential appearance to maintain property values.

For most its NOT OK. Especiallt if it has signs or commercial plates. Best advice is to call the Association of that community.
