Fred, this condominium The Blue is build 2006 and due to the distress market many condos are for rent and others for sell in more than one million, plus maintenance/association fee is around $2,000. This Building features 24 hour security, concierge, valet parking, lap pool, fitness center, recreational pool, business center, three assigned parking spots, and more... five minutes to South Beach, 10 minutes to Miami International Airport and is a great location and close to I 95. not all occupied condo and making decision to buy in a condo with uncertain future due no sold all units is going to be challenge for you. if you need any other information, more than glad to provide it to you and if you still interesting in it, please call to help you in the process

If you are asking about the Blue on the Bay, it is a very nice building in an area that is undergoing gentrification. It is walking distance to everything you need. The building just happened to open at the wrong time. In a short period of time, this area will be great. Several professional athletes live in that building.
