Hello Yvonne. East Cobb is fantastic. The schools are among the best in Atlanta. Let me know if you'd like for me to run a search for you. It only takes a few minutes. I'm an Accredited Buyers Representative - less than 3% of Realtors in the US achieve this designation. I'm also a native of Atlanta. If you're driving to Peachtree Street, there may be other areas to consider depending on your price range.

Send me a quick email. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yvonne -

That community is in the final stages and Pulte is offering good deals on the last few lots and inventory. I know Cedic down there, I have the last of four buyers we put in there over the last year closing in April on a new home. Good area, adjacent to a ton of shopping and close to the airport and 285. Schools....not the greatest so that would require a little research.

Drop me an email, I can tell you what you need. Thanks

Hi Yvonne:

If you’re talking about Princeton Lakes in South Fulton County, Atlanta (30331), then it’s located within one of the most upcoming areas around town. The located is excellent because of it’s proximity to the interstate, great shopping (DSW, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Macy’s) and great dining (Red Lobster, Johnny Carino’s, Longhorn). As far as mileage from your job….I’ll need to know a little bit more of what your office is located on Peachtree. Peachtree Street covers Atlanta “from the rooty to the tooty” and extends from downtown, through midtown, and into Buckhead. If you can give me an address, I’ll let you know. Also, I’ve found that the best and most honest information that you can find out about area school systems across the country can be found on

Talk to you soon!

Dear Yvonne,
Julie is correct about Princeton Lakes in East Cobb (Marietta), but we believe you are inquiring about the new homes (and some resales) in the Pulte Homes subdivision Princeton Lakes, which is located on Camp Creek Parkway just outside the the Perimeter Highway (I-285) in Southwest Atlanta (ZIP Code 30331). We have sold in this subdivision, including a new home for our daughter and son-in-law (and new baby) just last May. Thy absolutely love it there!
It is a beautiful subdivision and there are currently at least 18 homes available in the Glens, Enclave, and Estates sections at prices ranging from the high $100's to the low $300's.
The schools are Deerwood Elem, Bunche Middle, and Therrell HS. Please follow the schools information link on our web site (link below) for information about these and all other Atlanta area schools.
The commute to Peachtree St is not too bad, probably taking about 35-40 minutes during morning and afternoon traffic. Our daughter commutes to Buckhead easily.

I currently have a great home listed in the Princeton Lakes subdivision in East Cobb ( I think that is what you are refering to) at a really low price. The schools are some of the best in Ga. and the commute into town is not too bad but that is all relative in Atlanta. 30 minutes is the average one way commute and it can be up to one hour. I work with Buyers in that area as well as North Fulton-more good schools. I also offer a very unique buyer rebate program where I will share my commission with you. You can learn more about in on my website. Let me know if you would like for me to send some sample listings.
