i would like to know how to do if i have some family from another country that wants to invest in condominios in fl

they want to buy the condos to make rental properties and they will pay cash,is it possible to then to do it or i need to make a partnership corporation with them?

They can purchase on their own name, as foreigners. Before buying you should make sure that the properties you have selected do not have restrictions on when and for how long they can be rented.

Any one can buy property here for cash. Getting a loan is challenging, but doable with a large down payment if you are from certain countries,

If they have the cash, they can puchase here. It is if they needed a mortgage, or if they wanted a co-op rather than a condo, that they would have a problem.

They should be able to do it with or without a partnership. Now is certainly a good time to do it. They should consider Key West, the American Carribbean...the rental market down here is ALWAYS in need of more inventory. People pay $1200/month to live in a tiny 1/1. Best of luck...
