A condo will be difficult to say the least, but there are a few coops for sale. Most of them are HDFC buildings with income restrictions. I have two listings with my partner on 530 Manhattan Ave. These are small one bedroom apartments, offered for $130,000.00. One is about to go into contract, the other has obviously a lot of interest but is still available. Income restrictions on those are $64,580.00 for one person, $73,680.00 for two.
Besides ours, there are a few more under $200 K for sale.

Good Day Deborah,

Finding a co-op in Harlem under $200k should be no poblem. I currently have (2) 2 bedroom appartments within your price range. As Adina has mentioned below, the only barrier you may run into are income restrictions (not exceeding $75k yearly individualy or $100k yearly for a couple). Visit our site below to preview one on Madison and another E131st. I would love the opportunity in assisting you with your investment.
