You can hire me so I can help you come up with the price based on the recent sales in the neighborhood. I do represent buyers for free.

You need to contact a buyer's agent like Aaron Mtuanwi of Solid Source Realty who will help you search for properties and guide you through the process Call him here are his contact info: Cell: 678-499-6065.

You can also call me to get pre-approved I work for a community bank here in Atlanta and I live in Snellville. At my bank we have no Origination fee and we close loans in 21 days because we lend with our own money and our processors and underwriters are in house. Plus we take good care of our customers and borrowers.

You need to find out what similar homes in a similar location and condition are selling for and compare this property to those. Then make your offer based on that. Make an offer that you feel is fair and what you are willing to pay.
