Gary,
The issue will never come up.
Cash calls....that's all you'll need.
Make sure you have the property inspected and use a real estate agent and/or an attorney to close the deal.

Gary if you are paying cash and not getting a mortgage than credit will not affect your purchase. If you have that much cash, you should work on building your credit by paying bills on time and keeping balances under half of what your credit limit is. Credit does weight on things like insurance. good luck with your purchase.

Dear Gary,
Having cash to purchase a property is a wonderful position to be in.
You're credit or credit issues will not impact your ability to purchase a home.
Just make sure you get an inspection prior to your purchase, you can request
a repair allowance and a home warranty plan in your offer to purchase.
Gilbert is a lovely area in Arkansas. Best of luck!
