If your name is also on the mortgage(loan), then you will not be able to get a second FHA loan, FHA only allow one mortgage per individual.
If you are planning on getting a divorce, you may want to get legal advice before making any large purchase.

You can only have one FHA loan at a time for your purposes. Is your husband able to refinance into his own name?

Please let us know if you or your husband need lender contacts. I just had to do this myself in the last year.

If your name is on the deed with your husband you will not be able to get another FHA loan - you can only have one FHA loan at a time - if your name is not on the deed then yes you can. Thanks Jim
