Hola Kurt!

I know of a great 55+ community in Kissimmee. They don't have horse stables, but there is a stable about ten minutes away! Please let me know if I can assist you in finding the perfect home!

Hi Kurt,
I might have a great compromise for you.
How about a gated 55+ community with gorgeous
single family homes and all the amenities with
a horse boarding stable just a mile away?
All this just outside of Orlando.
If you think this might work for you feel free

You may be confusing two completely different property types. 55+ communities are normally condo/villa type arrangements that have HOA guidelines for residents to follow. These physical arrangements do not include larger animals such as horses.

There are residential areas in Florida that do allow horses but normally have a certain number allowed per acre. Acreage is not a realistic consideration with 55+ areas. So your best bet for finding accomodations that will meet your needs is to concentrate on areas that promote horse ownership for their residents.

We would be happy to identify locations in Sarasota County that may meet your needs....but the won't be 55+.

Best wishes,

I can help you with that! But it's not a 55 and older. This is a community with stalls for owners with horses as well as dockage if you have a boat.

I am here in North Fort Myers.
