Somewhere between $1000 and $3000.
But that doesn't help, does it?

It sounds like you are just starting out, and floundering:
Please consult with a Realtor to guide you; it costs you nothing.

Good luck and may God bless

Hi Abel,

You basically want to consider several fixed and variable costs (many of which you can shop around for, some of which you cannot.)

Property Taxes - annual cost that varies by county and school district

Homeowners Insurance - varies by company and level of coverage - shop around. You can usually pay month or one annual payment.

Maintenance - nothing helps to minimize your long term costs and preserve property value than routine property maintenance. Annual A/C check-up, air Filters every 4 months, annual termite inspection, annual water heater service, etc - costs vary

Home warranty - I recommend them, other don't - shop around and compare coverage and prices.

One factor that you didn't mention was the age of this 1000-1500 sq foot home...the older, the more repairs are likely in the course of a year, but again, maintenance is key.
