The public records of the town are suppose to be updated annually. Whether they are posted in public domains correctly is another story.
Best to go to the town hall and view, or got to the towns web site and most have the assessors records. You can also go to Massachusetts registry of deeds for your county and view owners, liens, etc.
As a general rule I would not use (other than for general sense but not accuracy) any property information found on these third party websites, nor their property values' estimators, as they are typically inaccurate (as you've already found out). I do not think that any experienced broker/agent would use property information found on third party sites like trulia or Zillow to market (selling or buying) a property. However, if you want this info to be corrected on Trulia you would have to contact their CS dept to see if they can correct it.
Be aware, the information shown on Truila comes from Listhub. Listhub replaces agent originated data with what ever is found in their public records data base, not THE public records data base.
However, as an entertianment site, Trulia does very well. If you are in need of making a real estate decision, you would be well advised to abandon entertainment sites as a source of ANY data and promote yourself to the resources serious folks use...the local Multiple Listing Serivice. Any Haverhill, MA, Realtor will be happy to provide you FREE access.
