Thank you Mitchell. How about a standard renovation but with durable and quality materials and fine workmanship. Nothing custom made you understand

Dear Jo:

It all depends on what types of finishes and materials you use. You can go cheap or expensive. If you want to do it as cheaply as possible, I would think you would be able to get by with about $10,000.00.

Too many factors that need consideration, therefore contact a few local licensed contractors and ask for free estimates...

Do you actually think that anyone can estimate that without seeing it?
Not to mention all the vairables like cabinets, fixtures, accessories.
I did kitchens that were $10,000 and I did kitchens that were $60,000.

thanks Ron. Just standard renovations but of good quality. None of the custom made or cheap laminate stuff. so about 60K for the higher end reno. Does that include labor, floor plans by architect?
