A few questions: Are you looking for a market value to sell? Are you looking for a value for estate or tax purposes? Are you looking for an appraisal from a licensed appraiser? What are you using the valuation for?
Have you made any modifications since you bought it last December? The last two sales in your neighborhood are for single level homes of approximately 1600+ sf. One was completely and beautifully remodeled 3 bed/2 bath (1600sf) that sold at $1,255,000. The other was an updated home with almost 1700 sf 4 bed/2 bath that sold at $1,115,000. As you can see, there is quite a range in sales prices.
Since there has only been a few homes sold in St Francis Acres in the last 4 months, nailing down an exact number on your house will take adjustments (either time, location, size or improvements). It would be best for an agent to take a look at the home in its current condition to determine its current market value.
Note: should you be wanted to sell, market timing should be taking into effect for valuation. With spring coming up and inventory extremely low for Mountain View homes with Los Altos schools, you may get a premium compared with when you bought it in December.
