how good is the rental market in tarpon spring's area for upgraded 2/2 villa with clubhouse & pool?

Rental mark is strong. Are you looking to rent out seasonal or year round? Are you looking to rent out seasonal or year round. Seasonal rentals need to be furnished and year round usually not. You need to verify with your community what their rental restrictions are. Many have a 3 or 6 month minimum and some do not allow renting the first year. Check your condo/hoa docs or call your management company.

It is excelent..I (personally) have a 2/2 condo in Tarpon Springs that I have kept rented for 7 yrs. There is a tremendous demand for rentals due to the tighter restrictions on mortgages/financing.
