how do you find out who owns the land your trailer sits on?

Hi Hapbeda,
If there is one address for your park then any realtor can get that for you quickly. Try asking the property management on site. Last resort go to county records, they will tell you for sure.

Is it in a manufactured home rental park in California? Or is it on private land in California. I see you're in Phoenix but the inquiry is in Capo. If it's a rental park in California you can find out who the park owner is by contacting the Housing and Community Development Department (HCD). Call the Riverside office or visit the following link: http://www.hcd.ca.gov/codes/mhp/12-19-07MHconstrction.pdf.

If it's on private land you could do a title search which most title companies can provide. Hope this helps. If it is in a park let us know. You should be able to find this out through county records. Sometimes it can be done online but it may be easier to go to the county records dept. in person.
