To find out how much the taxes are any property in Dallas County, you can go to http://www.dallascad.org. Search by property address. There will be a history of assessments there.

Quang,

I can email you the property tax tables if this would help you.
This house is sold and will be removed from Tulia shortly.
In general taxes will be 2.5-3% of the tax value of the house.

Quang,

First go to the Dallas Central Appraisal District's web site and enter the address:

http://www.dallascad.org/SearchAddr.aspx

You'll see that the taxes for this property for 2009 are $1,659. If you are in the home by January 1, 2010, and it's your primary residence, you can file for the homestead exemption which will give you an estimated 18% discount off your 2010 taxes - making the tax bill for 2010 about $1,360.

I hope that helps.

Best Regards,

Rich

If you email a local real estate agent, they can pull the property up on the public records and give you the dollar amount of annual tax.
