IIanit...Try this site...http://www.mortgagenewsdaily.com/wiki/REO_Database_List.asp
It will provide you with links to the actual Bank and Gov sites with REO/Foreclosure properties for sale..
Like these.http://www.citimortgage.com/Mortgage/Oreo/SearchListing.do
http://www.homesales.gov/homesales/mainAction.do
These sites have all the information on the process and property with contact info..Give it a look..
ALL FREE.
Hope this helps, Dunes

IIanit,

The fore-closure website usually has a trial feature where they will disclose to you the contact information for the bank selling the property.

Websites like Realtytrac.com allow you to search, but you have to pay for the contact information in order to make an offer.

GREAT QUESTION:

Note: not all websites are accurate info regarding property value, status of property if sold, pending contracts and etc.

If you have located a property you need approved by a lender all offers are submitted with banks approval letter. Realtor woudl work on your behalf based on lender specifications on how property can be purchased, comp property, submit a sales offer on your behalf.

Not all offers are accepted by bank we recommend our clients we continue search for back ups.

Owning a property you receive annual tax benefits
