I think it would be helpful if you tell us who might be trying to sell it without your knowledge. If someone else is on title with you they could easily list the property without your knowledge. Legally they will need your signature to transfer title. If you are in default and are in the foreclosure process, you would have
been given notices.

You either will notarize a grant deed, or see a notice of sale if you are in default.
