Hi Tonya,
I don't see any actives in the computer for 9th St. There is one that expired recently at 1133 9th, it is priced at $16,500. It is a fixer upper and would be very hard to mortgage unless you go for a 203K rehab loan.

Ask:
(1) Your agent.
(2) The listing agent.
(3) The owner.

If the property's listed, any agent can tell you. However, if you're interested in actually buying or renting it, you should have your own agent, rather than doing business directly with the listing agent.

If the property isn't listed, ask the owner.

Hope that helps.

Tonya,

Generally the listing agent will have access to this information. Try contacting this individual for your needs.

Best wishes,
