Hello Dave,

Looking at your post it looks like you are looking in the hills. I always recommend a foundation inspection with any purchase. Some of the problems that appear major or minor may not be. This can occur during your contingency period.

Make sure you get a good quality inspection before you buy any REO home. One with a foundation problem will cost you quite a bit to repair.!
