thanks for yoru response. however to be more specific i was my understanding that in general in many states foreclosed homes are not availbale for walkt trhough entry and are sold as is as sort of a gamble on the part of the bidder where he rdoesnt really know what he's getting until he actually gets the keys to the house. i realize that this is not typical in a bank REO situation, but to be more specific my question is, in CLark county, are buyers allowed to inspect foreclosure homes internally?

This is a very good question....

On what grounds would the buyer be denied this opportunity. If the customer were an inspector himself or took a friend who was an inspector with him to see the home, would this be allowed?
