I'm going to add this on to my previous answer, and also to add on to Laura's answer - The last rent/lease to own I saw here in the Newport Beach/Huntington Beach/Costa Mesa area was about 5 years ago. They are not very common but I did see more back before 2007

Postlets allows you to post a property for rent or for sale but doesn't have a category for lease to own. I suppose you could use it that way, but there isn't a specific category for it. Perhaps you could post in both.

Also, as Karen mentioned, I'm curious about the question as your profile says "home buyer"?

I have used postlets and v flyers. They are very good for advertising listings for sale in Costa Mesa. If I can assist you in any way, please let me know.

Hi Jess,

Are you thinking about listing your home this way? Your profile says you are a home buyer? Interesting question! Thanks for asking it...love tech questions.

Yes.

And I've gotten response from it.

Actually, not Postlets, but a competing service--vFlyer. But if it's worked with vFlyer, it should work with Postlets.

Hope that helps.

Still looking for enlightenment. I have a property that I own in Encinitas that I'm negotiating a R/L with.

I use postlets and I also use Realbird. Not sure what your market is like in Costa Mesa but here in Santa Clarita lease to own is not very popular.

I use Postlets for all my property listings. I have never represented a rent/lease to own, but I use it on all my rentals and sales. The ads are professional looking versus just placing words and pictures in an ad placed anywhere. I place these ads on Craigslist, but Postlets themselves feed out to numerous other sites that I also get responses from.

If I can answer any more questions about postlets, or if you need help with this, just give me a call. Cyndi
