We love our Moceri-built home more every day. Can't say enough about our experience working with them. They've been building homes in the area for about 50 years, and it shows in their craftsmanship, their building processes, how we felt valued as their client, and their excellent reputation. Highly recommended!

I am a Realtor and have represented buyers building new homes with Moceri. They are a very high quality builder, have excellent customer service skills and build a beautiful home. They have been the leaders in the area for many years.

As a 20 year area Real Estate professional....both are quality builders. I've not had the pleasure of working with Cranbrook. But, I will tell you working with Moceri has been a great experience. Their quality is supreme. They are very easy to work with and make the experience really nice. I do know Moceri has a wide selection of homes, floor plans and amenities.

You can meet with them. See the design and materials that are used like insulation, efficiency of furnances, type of windows, plumbing materials.

If they are make sense to you; then either builder should be fine.

You have to agree on the terms of completion on the project too. They usually have a clause that would require may be $25,000 deposit and 2 year time frame...

Good luck,
