The only First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit that I am aware of ended in either 2009 or 2010. You would not be classified as a First Time Home Buyer if you have owned a home in the last 36 months.

There are no first time homebuyer credits being offered by the Federal Government. This program was only for a couple of years and ended in a few years ago.

Being that you currently own a home, you would not qualify for a first time home owner credit at this time.
