I'm sure they do. Most areas have water and sewer services. It's a good idea to contact the city about this if you have any doubts though. You can also probably find a website for them. http://southsideplumb.com/sewer_drain.nxg

Great question, have you contacted the city? Depending on how far out you are from the city, it's possible you'll have a septic system. If you're inside city limits, you're most likely connected to the sewer. If this is a new house, you may want to look into a sewer service professional to make sure everything is working great. http://www.freeflowusa.com/sewer/

I agree, you should definitely contact the city first of all. They will be able to tell you all of this information and give you the rates for the services. A lot of times if you live too far outside of the city they will put a septic tank in your back yard. That isn't a problem unless you don't keep up with the maintenance. http://southsideplumb.com/sewer_drain.nxg

The town of Arcadia does have city water & sewer.
Most unincorporated properties are well and septic..
Even better in that no city utilities and fee increases.

In some areas they do have city water and sewer. You will need to check the listing to see if the home falls within the area that is served by the city.
