cost of 3/4 master bathroom of about 75sq ft.

Asked by tmccann73, Fremont, CA Fri May 17, 2013

Just looking for a rough cost range for materials and installation of a 3/4 bath of about 75-90 sq ft. using mid level quality features. This would be on the back of an existing full bath so new piping shouldn't be needed, just extended. I understand that an in home estimate would be ideal but this is for a home we are under agreement for and do not currently have access to, trying to get an idea of what we will need for renovation capital.

Home Depot or a plumber.
Either of these can ball park it.
Details like finishes will make a difference.
