If you have no credit at all, but have the proper debt to income ratio, you may be able to get a place with a co signer. I have also heard of lenders you use alternative methods to evaluate clients with no credit. They can use your utility bill payment history or your rent payment history.

Best of luck to you!!!

You can use alternative credit if you haven't any credit or scores. You can use rental agreements, cell phone, utilitie, car insurance bills as your credit. I have a lender I work with that has approved many of my clients with alternative credit and they have purchased homes successfully. If you would like further information please email or call me at 916-206-9016 I would love to help you see if you can purchase a home.
