can a person on disability actually buy a home...they pay rent...so wondering if it is possible for low house

There are limits on credit scores - for an fha loan it would be somewhere around 580. If its below that there are ways to repair and buy in the future. All the lending rules are changing daily....including the score limitations which will be going again to 620.

There is no reason that a person on a fixed income with a good credit score, can't buy a house. Talk to a reputable lender in your area (not sure where you are in Ohio) I could recommend someone in the Wooster or Northern Ohio area...

You can the source of the income makes not difference... it will matter what you score it however...
