Asked by Skyreacher, Arizona Fri Dec 7, 2012

I am considering buying some land in Fountain Hills to build on. Is there any info that can be provided on market trends? I am from CT.

You are wise to consider purchasing a lot in Fountain Hills. I specialize and live in Fountain Hills. Our lot sales have dramatically increased in the past year. There is very little new construction in Fountain Hills and it is possible to build a new home for a total cost less than existing homes. I anticipate continued demand in Fountain Hills lots as our inventory continues to shrink.

One of the most important factors to consider is the ultimate cost you wish to invest in a total land/home package. Are you thinking you wish to buy, hold and ultimately resell the lot? Or will you build? Do you wish to be in a gated community or prefer property in a community that does not have an HOA dues?

I look forward to hearing from you and answering your questions.

So......Skyreacher.......Did you ever find that lot? I've sold a few this past year .... maybe you were on the other side of one of those transactions?!? If not, call me to find out what's happening in this current market.
