Everett: I agree with the other postings and would add that most of your duplex properties are in the older metro areas like North Park, South Park, Golden Hill, East San Diego, Old La Mesa, College, Linda Vista , El Cajon and some in Clairemont.... It would be great if there would be some in Allied Gardens, having lived there myself for years, but highly unlikely due to the zoning regs in that area. The duplexes in the other areas exist due to grandfathered existing structures and complimenting zoning codes..... Hope this helped.... here to help! Ellen Hayes

Hi Everett,

Joan is 100% correct about Allied Gardens.

There are duplexes (2 unit buildings) in:
A few in 91942 - Just South East of Allied Gardens (East of Lake Murray)
Many in 92115 - Just South of Allied Gardens
Many in 92116 - Just South West of Allied Gardens

We hope this helps.

Best regards,

Mark and Kari Shea
