Homes are selling well in Wyoming, if priced at market. The inventory is still very low which doesn't give buyers a lot to choose from and are quick to buy when they find a home that matches most of what they are looking for.
I live in and sell homes in Wyoming. We have seen quite a decline in inventory lately. Homes are selling very quickly, so you need an agent who can stay on top of new listings and get you through the homes sooner rather than later. I would love the opportunity to help you find or list a Wyoming home. I have several Wyoming buyers so am very familiar with the current inventory.
Houses are selling rather quickly in the Wyoming area lately. That is really true of most of the Grand Rapids area. There are not that many properties currently listed, so there is not as much competition out there. If you are thinking about selling your home, give me a call. Wyoming is one of my areas of expertise. Thanks!
Hi Margaret! I do agree with Juanita. Houses are moving in Wyoming Schools. I just took a quick peek for you and there are currently 96 houses listed in the school district and then ....drum roll please...there are 96 pending listings (meaning signed purchase agreements)! This means inventory is low. If the houses are priced right, they will sell! There are a lot of buyers out there and we are running into competition.
Let me know if you would like me to do a competitive market analysis on your house! I am happy to take a look and it and show you where the market is:) You can visit me at http://www.GoMelinda.com
Buyers are looking for homes that are in good condition and priced right. If you price your home according to the market (with the help of a knowledgable agent), make sure it's in good showing condition (I use a professional stager on my listings) and price it according to the market, it will sell!
