Hello Mack,
Ever consider being pre approved for a purchase? With this markets low rates, and great prices on homes......you could own with a minimal down payment and you'll possibly pay less in monthly payment than you would in rents! Give me a call, and for free we can explore your options. I look forward to hearing from you.

A good place to start your search for an apartment is just looking to see what options there are in the area you are looking at. Then you can get more specific; look at the cost, the quality, the amenities offered nearby. I know that when I'm looking for an apartment I like to find one with a washer and dryer inside, as opposed to using a laundromat. Good luck!

I need to find a rental apartment. I would like to purchase a home, but that is just not possible at this time. I have been having some difficulty finding places that accept pets.
