Hi Jim~
FINALLY a face with a name! Like Jo said I would recommend either MREA or SHIFT. I can get you a copy of either. Great books and worth every penny!
Look forward to a smooth closing on Monday! :)

Hey Jim,

I know you probably think Kevin and I might be ganging up on you, but 4 years ago - I read the MREA from cover to cover. It dramatically changed my life for the better. Most of the stuff - Danny and I were already doing, but several of the ah ha(s) gave us a new perspective allowing us to serve our clients and ourselves better, and helping us to create wealth system. All around it was such a great book that I have read it over 5 times. We just work better now and are happy at what we do.............4 years ago we made a ton of money - but were miserable about ready to exist the business!

If you want a copy - I'll give it to you. No strings attached. You'll either decide to heed it or feel you don't need it. Trust me, I was so skeptical. You know this book is taught @ Harvard?

Technology, the net/web and social media have truly changed real estate today. Suggest you check out http://www.realtor.org for tips on tools & websites, http://www.activerain.com and http://www.facebook.com for more of a web presence and perhaps take some classes. Real estate is online and that is where you may need to focus to learn new skills. Good luck. Emily Medvec

"Impore" your client base? Go to Active Rain. The basic site is free; you can blog; join in discussions, network; improve your SEO; and learn a great deal from other realtors.
