I can help with Rapid Recoring at no cost to you! I am a Sr. Loan Officer/Branch Manager for Academy Mortgage and would be glad to talk with you more about buying a home now or in the future. I can pull a free credit report, and discuss several loan options with you. With your free credit report, I can provide you with a credit analyzer that will provide details of anything you could do to increase your score whether you decide to buy now or later. Please feel free to contact me directly at your convenience.

You can also complete the application on-line if you want to start there. http://www.CloseWithAddie.com

My cell phone is 832-754-6711 and e-mail is Addie.Sechelski@AcademyMortgage.com
I am more than happy to answer all your questions!

Hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you,

Hi Vboyd,

I'm the one that mentioned rapid re-scoring to you in my response to your other question.

Tom did a pretty good job of explaining it except for the time frame (2-3 days instead of 3-5 days) and there is an option of doing a rapid re-score without DOCUMENTATION but that's more expensive for us.

Please feel free to contact me for more information or help. I can even run a simulator to give you an idea of how much your scores will go up based on what actions you take.

Rapid Rescore.... In english this time.

You have a letter from a creditor that says to delete something.... The lender can get that updated in 3 - 5 days(with your documentation) as opposed to you sending a letter to all three credit bureaus and waiting 30 - 45 days.
or
You paid off/down an account... And it is not reflected on the credit report yet... The lender can get it updated(with documentation) within 3 - 5 days.

I have done more rescores than most lenders... I was doing them BEFORE other lenders knew how to do them.
If I can answer any questions for you..... Please be specific and I will tell you if it is a solution for you.

Rapid Rescore is NOT credit repair. It is a quick update to the report with DOCUMENTATION.

And only 'Fly by Night' lenders charge you for it.... As it is a violation of some Act of Congress to charge the consumer.
It could be the Fair Credit Reporting Act or the Fair Debt Collections Protections Act... I cannot remember.

OR

You can go with a cheap lender who doesn't mind breaking the law and charges you for it.

Your Call!!
