Hi Fungirl,

Yes, it is posted on the listing as $65.28 monthly. It may be billed monthly, quarterly, twice a year or annually by the Home Owners Association. The listing does not list what the fee covers, but typically it is maintenance of community landscaping, snow removal, and any amenities the community may have such as a playground.

The agent remarks also say this property is a bank-assigned short sale with a 60-day turnaround, contingent on lender/investor approval. That means that that any contract that the owner accepts, still has to be approved by the lender (3rd party) before the sale can happen, but that has to happen with any short sale. Normal turnaround is 4 months, so this could happen quickly for any buyer.

It's expressed as $65.28 per month but it could also be billed quarlerly and that's what the monthly cost would be. You would be expected to pay several months upfront at settlement as I'm sure you know. This is a short sale, exptected to take at least 2 months to settle.
