In order to best assess size, consider scheduling a showing, or ask your agent for a floor plan, or if you know who management is, they can tell you actual measuraments. As for the maintenance, according to MLS the base is $645.81, heating is included, electric/gas is separate, parking is an additional $20.00 per month, etc. Also check out http://www.mlsli.com for additional information.
