With a married couple if either of them is a homeowner,both are disqualified.

You have a creative question! I agree with Brian that you do not qualify for first time home buyer program , however, you can cosign for a true 1st time home buyer and they can qualify for the credit.

See the link to read more on what qualifies a 1st time home buyer. It may help you think of another strategy.

No unfortunately that fact that your on the deed would disqualify you as a 1st time buyer!
