Great question! You'll know once you see the sign in the front yard...in this market it may take along time for the bank to get it back. If you are working with a great agent...you'll know when or have some great alternatives....Happy Looking!!

Marta - There isn't any indication to show that property was taken back by the bank. Not sure how you got your information, but in the event it is going back to the bank, since you said the owner has left the country, if they didn't sign over title, it's likely the home will be vacant for a while as they go through the process to take ownership.
