Most likely a tandem garage.

Aggiemom,

Some of these are tandem garages. This one looks like 3 car to me. One bay is two cars deep.
Good for two cars plus storage or a project car. Probably not great if you have 3 cars and 3 drivers on a consistent basis. Here is a link to some other area homes with 3 car garages as well.

If you would like to see inside this one on Lakehill or others in the area, please feel free to contact me.

Lynn appears to be correct. The width of the garage is 20 ft which is a standard 2 car garage, however the length is 38 ft. which accounts for the space of the third car. If you are looking for a traditional 3 car garage, this would not be it. If you are looking just for the extra storage space that a 3 car garage could give you, or don't mind parking tandem, then this house might work for you! Good luck!!

Per MLS states 3 car garage. Based on some constructions it could be tandem on the interior for the 3 spot. Many homes new construction are built this way.

Your buyers agent should be assisting you with all these questions. If you don't have an agent happy to schedule a property tour.
