/investment properties around Orlando.

Asked by Greg M, SA Thu Jun 12, 2008

I am looking for an investment property around Orlando (either long or holiday rentals)
I found a house in Davenport (33897) , Hampton Estates.
Any comments on the area or which is generally more profitable would be welcome.

Hi Greg,

If you want to get the most bookings on your holiday villa and get the best price you should check out these communities:

Four Corners
Regal Palms
Lake Berkely
Bella Vida
Calabay Parc

Those are some of the most requested communities and the HOA fees aren't so bad.

Hi Greg,

You should also know that Hampton Estates has a high initiation fee for the HOA. My last closing in there the Buyer was charged $1764 to join the association. You should make sure that you understand the cost associated with each HOA as part of your buying decision.

In East Orlando there are many town homes near UCF college coming on the market. Some are priced in the low eighties. They make for great rentals. Search here or on my link. Happy investing!

Hi Greg

Hampton Estates is a good community, but there are many others in this area that you should consider too.

Before narrowing things down to one type of property or community, I'd like to understand more about your objectives (e.g. are you planning to work at getting the holiday rentals yourself, if that's the type of property you buy? what is your budget? how long do you plan to hold on to the property? ).

Please just get in touch via e-mail or our website contact form if you would like to discuss this some more.

Hello Greg,

Hampton Estates is a wonderful community. The homes are built between 1999-2004.
The community itself is very well kept since the homeowners association does the lawn maintenence.
I hold an open house in this community often.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
