Not a problem... we run into that stuff in this economy all the time! I wouldn't let that stop you from giving it a shot!

go here: http://www.DHIMortgage.com/Kasey-Hampton - quick, easy, and free. She is the most aggressive lender San Antonio has ever known.. if she can't do it.. she will tell you exactly what you need to do to get there..

Tell her I sent you... she will give you a little extra love ;)

Teresa,

Many people ask questions on here to try to determine their eligibility for mortgage approval. Your best option is to speak with a competent lender that can look at your total situation - employment, FICO scores, debt ratios, etc... This will give you an honest assessment and it doesn't cost you a penny.

I highly recommend Lisa Warren of SWBC Mortgage to assist you. She is awesome and will give you a free assessment. Here is her info:

The two most import criteria that Lenders look for are;
your history of paying your bills, and,
your history of having a steady, reliable income, so that you can pay your bills.

Keep workin'

Good luck and may God bless
