Freehold Township (&Boro): 274 active SF listings. There are 5 properties in the price point defined; none meet the 3/2 specification.

Howell: 398 active SF listings. There are 35 properties that fit the price range; 1 fits your exact specifications.

Jackson: 399 active SF listings. There are 21 properties in the price point defined; 4 fit your specifications.

You might find properties that have 4 bedroom, or 2.5 baths within your price range that will be worth considering. In total, there are over 60 properties within the price point, and only 10 are 3/2.

Hi,
Howell and Freehold are located in Monmouth County. Jackson is in Ocean County, if that makes any difference. Also, there are locations that have a mailing address that reflects a different town than the municipality which services a property. For example, areas of North Howell have a mailing address of Freehold, but taxes are paid to Howell, and all permits, zoning, etc are provided by Howell.

Using the example above, some databases will define and sort the property as "Freehold" and other databases will define and sort the proeprty as "Howell."
