Hi, I am looking at this house as for rental investment. What are the things I need to be aware of when buying a house for rent?
Should we all hire a qualified inspector to inspect the house before buying it? How do I know there isn't any previous debts to this house before transferring its ownership? I need some advice on it.
Is the listed price the price I pay? Or there are more to it, how much more am I looking to pay?
