82 Hillspoint Rd

Asked by Gary, Connecticut Sun Jan 27, 2008

How long has 82 Hillspoint Rd been on the market? What was/is the original listing price? Also, what kind of condition (inside and out) is it in? It's an antique - does it need work? I notice there are no pictures of the kitchen or the bathrooms online.

Most of your original questions have been answered below. But I thought you might also like to have this information above as well. Final thought would be to look at the LAND LINE VALUATION appraisal itself, just in case the building would need to be a total teardown. The Appraised Value of the Land Line is $1,064, 200 which translates into an Assessed Value of $744,900. This may help you in your overall valuation. I believe you are speaking of 82 Hillspoint rd in Westport. That home was on the market for 174 days & the listing recently expired, & was taken off the market. It was an estate sale to be sold as is. It was on the market for 1,089,000 on 1.25 acres built in 1810. I can call the listing agent to schedule an appointment if you would like. Feel free to call me with any further questions (203) 615-3609.

Hi Sam:

If by chance you are still interested in 82 Hillspoint Rd. in Westport, it is a wonderfully charming home and the price has been reduced to $985,000 - it does need alot of work inside to bring it up to snuff. It sits on 1.25 acres and is in a great location, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to town and 5 minutes to the train or 95. As the listing broker and owner (it was my family's home and I grew up there) I would be happy to show it to you. Just give me a call at 203-803-3725
