The management of the condo association is disclosed on the condo addendum to the real estate condition report. It will state if the association is self managed or if and who they have hired. The condition report and addenda are almost always available on-line in advance of an offer from a listing or buyers agent.
If you are working with a professional realtor this information should be easily found.....Many times when you google a condo assoc. the mgmt company will be named and contact info offered. If you have a condo application that does not offer maint fees and/or managemt company then you may be dealing with a very small application ..... perhaps the owner handling maint and management. All in all, I would not purchase anything without thoroughly inspecting all docs/fees/revenues and expenses.

Monthly fees and # of units are on MLS sheets(should be I should say). The Mgt. company is typically not broadcast, some are internal, but can always be learned by a call to any Realtor. Some condos have a webpage w/ the information as well. Wisconsinhomes .com is one resource with the information.
