The questions below may help determine why your home presently isn't appearing in the search results.

1) Are you marketing your home as a For Sale By Owner?
2) How long ago was your home listed?
3) What type of listing is it (e.g. exclusive, pocket listing, etc.)?
4) Is the agent a member of the Board of Realtors and able to list in the local MLS?
5) In the listing agreement, did you opt to have your home marketed on the Internet?

Your agent may need to select yes to show online, which is an option in some MLS systems. It may accidentally be off. Also, your agent's MLS may not have a 3rd party relationship that automatically syndicates to sites like Zillow, which would mean they need to do so manually. They can syndicate it pretty broadly using sites tools like postlets.com, which you might mention to your agent. You might also ask more questions of your agent to see what else they are missing! Good luck!

The question should be asked of yoru listing agent why they have not added it. Some listings are added by automatic feed from an agents MLS but they or their company has to have signed up. Any agent can add their listings on this site at no cost manually. Simiply call and ask why they have not done so yet.

Ask your listing agent. If your agent just listed your home recently, it will be 24-72 hours for the listing to auto-update to Trulia.

The best person to ask this question to is your listing agent. Trulia will not permit a property owner to list list on the site directly. It may only be listed by an agent. Typically listings are fed to Trulia through a variety of sources but it's possible that your agent or agency elects not to participate with third party sites such as Trulia, Zillow, etc. It's also possible that if you just listed a day or two ago that it simply hasn't been picked up yet.

Speak to your agent and ask.
